Ethics

Ethics refers to the moral principles or values that generally govern the conduct of an individual or a group. It seems that everyone has a different definition of what they believe ethics is.The chapter states that there is no law against cutting a line but is it really ethical? That's a good question to think about. There are ethical conflicts within the work place because not every employee have the same morals. For example, top managers influence good ethical behavior within the workplace by individual ethics. Your individual ethics start to form as a child reacting to their parents behavior.
